An Exigon AI agent can answer customer questions, qualify leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, support sales teams, provide product or service information, and route complex requests to the right person. The goal is to help your business respond faster, operate more consistently, and convert more opportunities.
No! Exigon is designed for small and medium-sized businesses as well as growing companies that need practical AI automation without building complex technology from scratch. Our solutions can be adapted to service businesses, retail, real estate, dealerships, professional services, and companies with consultative sales processes.
Implementation depends on the complexity of the business, the communication channels required, and the information the agent needs to learn. A basic AI agent can often be launched quickly once the business provides its FAQs, service details, offers, workflows, and contact rules. More advanced agents with CRM, sales funnels, voice calls, or custom automations may require a structured implementation process up to 6 weeks.
Yes! Exigon offers a 7-day demo so your business can experience how an AI agent works before moving forward with a full implementation. The demo is designed to show core capabilities such as answering questions, routing inquiries, or providing customers with product information based on your business.
To get started, book a free virtual discovery session with one of our agents, we will guide you in the process and set the instructions for when the AI agent should start acting on your behalf.
